The Haven of Grace to Benefit

ST. LOUIS (March 28, 2008)-The Haven of Grace and Moneta Group are teaming up for the annual benefit, Pennies from Heaven. 2008 celebrates the 20th anniversary of The Haven of Grace. This event, sponsored by Moneta Group, Brewer Machine and Gear, and UMB Bank, will take place Friday, April 25, 2008 at the Renaissance Grand Hotel in the Crystal Ball Room, 800 Washington Avenue, from 7PM-12AM. Proceeds from this event will continue to improve the lives of homeless pregnant women in the St. Louis area.

What attendees can expect is a fabulous night of dinner and dancing. Entertainment by the Yessir! Band. Floral Decorations donated by Straubs and designed by Master Designer Scott Hepper.

The Evening will include a silent auction, cocktails, dinner, an anniversary pledge, and dancing. Auction items include a gas grill plus installation from Laclede Gas, Cardinals Tickets, a golf package, and a five night stay in a 3 bedroom home overlooking the 9th hole on the Talon Golf Course at Greyhawk in Scotsdale, AZ. The Haven of Grace, a ministry of faith, is a residential and aftercare program providing a safe, nurturing and educational environment for homeless, pregnant women by focusing time and resources on mothers and children as they become families and establish their lives together in the community. Key to this endeavor is our belief in the power of hope and the dignity of each person.
