AN AMERICAN CLASSIC
The Haven of Grace to Benefit

ST. LOUIS (October 18, 2007)-The Haven of Grace and An American Place are teaming up again for their annual benefit, Expect the Unexpected. This event, sponsored by Ladue News, will take place Sunday, November 11, 2007 at world renowned chef Larry Forgione's restaurant An American Place, 822 Washington Avenue, from 6 PM-9PM. Proceeds from this event will continue to improve the lives of homeless pregnant women in the St. Louis area.

What attendees can expect is sumptuous cuisine created by multiple-award winning chef Larry Forgione, owner of An American Place. "Larry has really committed himself to helping this organization in any way he can, and what better way to help then by preparing a fantastic meal in his marvelous restaurant," said Diane Berry, Executive Director.

The Evening will include a live and silent auction ranging from world class wines, culinary adventures, jewelry, gift certificates and more. Tickets are $125 per person. Bring a group of friends and celebrate the spirit of the Holidays while helping those who are less fortunate in the community. The Haven of Grace, a ministry of faith, is a residential and aftercare program providing a safe, nurturing and educational environment for homeless, pregnant women by focusing time and resources on mothers and children as they become families and establish their lives together in the community. Key to this endeavor is our belief in the power of hope and the dignity of each person.
