Each former resident participates in the Aftercare Program and has access to the following services:

• Mentoring
  "Haven Friends" are assigned to residents to help them transition into independent living.
• Home Visits
  A staff member visits each Aftercare participant monthly to review goals and assess needs that might be met by The Haven.
• Financial Aid
  Assistance with the costs for quality daycare, transportation and medical care is granted as needed.
• Scholarships
  Financial aid and personal assistance are available for the process of gaining admission and completing further education.
• Reunions
  Gatherings of former residents are held regularly for continuing education, building relationships and support.
• Homebuyer's Club
  Mentor realtors partner with former residents to assist them with correcting credit records and purchasing homes.
