The Quad: Our Transitional Apartments
Completed in June of 2008, our Quadrangle Transitional Apartments and Courtyard are a point of pride on The Haven of Grace campus.
“The Quad” provides shelter for graduates who aren’t quite ready to provide for themselves. They live independently, managing their own homes and beginning new family traditions while continuing to garner financial, educational and emotional support from The Haven of Grace.
Quadrangle tenants receive a well-appointed, fully-furnished apartment with rent set at 30% of their income. They may continue to reside here for up to two years, allowing them the time they need to work their plan toward independence.
Tenants must be working or attending school to maintain eligibility to reside at The Quad. While actively participating in community living, they work to build savings and increase employability. They continue to meet one-on-one with their Life Skills Coach for guidance and support and are active participants in the
