The Maternity Center

Shelter support for 10 women, ages 18+ and their children.
The Haven of Grace Maternity Center is a place where mothers find a loving support system, a safe environment to navigate a healthy pregnancy, and opportunities to build a strong foundation for long-term success. • HiSET high school equivalency preparation and continuing education support

• Personalized case management and on-site therapeutic counseling

  • Self-esteem building and stability

Dorm-style rooms and home-style common areas designed to support up to 10 women and their families.

Furnished apartments on our campus, offering structured, independent living for up to 7 families.

Extended care & connection for up to 10 years after completing residential programs.

Our Programs: A Plan for Progress

The Haven of Grace fills a need in the community to help women who are pregnant and unhoused. We provide a place to live, educational programs, and long-term support to break the chain of generational poverty. Families begin a new path – one that leads to independence, stability, and self-sufficiency. Each woman helped by The Haven of Grace becomes a stronger member of our community and eventually can begin giving back to those who helped her move forward. We are proud of our updated kitchen, bathrooms, and living area designed for families, along with a playground in the courtyard.

The history of Haven of Grace was established as an outreach ministry of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church of Ladue, Missouri, in hopes of breaking the cycle of being unhoused, poor health, dependency, and child and adult abuse.

Your gift builds hope.

The Haven of Grace gladly accepts donations of new baby items and other basic supplies commonly used by the young mothers, preschoolers, toddlers, and infants residing in our Maternity Shelter.
