Progress Towards Independence
As families prepare to transition, our on-site Transitional Housing offers a supportive living environment that promotes continued stability and growth. While Transitional Housing is its own program within The Haven of Grace, residents are encouraged to participate in Project Inspire initiatives, which offer long-term, wraparound support. In addition to Transitional Housing, we also assist families in securing off-site transitional housing through comprehensive case management and housing navigation services, ensuring individualized pathways to permanent housing and independence.
