Jill Boone, Enterprise Holdings

Ms. Boone has been with Enterprise Holdings for 30 years and is the Assistant Vice President of Talent Development for the Enterprise Truck Rental and Commute with Enterprise business divisions. She partners with business leaders on talent and performance initiatives, including training and development programs to support employee engagement and performance. She has a supportive husband of 33 years and two wonderful children.

Sabrina Cockerham, The Light Foundation

Ms. Cockerham serves as Development Director for The LIGHT Foundation. In support of The Haven of Grace, she Co-Chaired the nonprofit’s 2022 and 2023 MOMentous Luncheons. Sabrina is a proud member of the St. Louis Blues Blue Crew, and a Group Fitness Instructor at TruFusion. She enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with loved ones. She is driven to create a profound and positive impact through her work with The LIGHT Foundation and supporting organizations such as The Haven of Grace.

 Dr. Adetunji Toriola, MD, PhD, Washington University School of Medicine

Dr. Toriola is a Professor of Surgery (Division of Public Health Sciences) at Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis. He co-leads the Cancer Prevention and Control Program at Siteman Cancer Center. His work focuses on cancer prevention, with emphasis on breast and colorectal cancers. He leads several research projects in the St. Louis area.

Dr. Venita Govan, PhD., Beyond Housing

Dr. Venita Govan, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources for Beyond Housing and is a subject matter expert when it comes to organizational culture and understanding root cause analyses concerning behaviors. Providing consulting services to beginners in the workplace to executives who are confronted with multiple challenges that shape organizational culture and climate, she continues to conduct research that focuses on the significance of organizational culture and its impact within the workplace and homes. Ms. Govan is married with two daughters.

Lesa Steward, Volunteer through Community Engagement

Ms. Steward works with various non-profit organizations that focus on the wellbeing of families and children. In addition, she is involved with community engagement primarily in the St. Louis area. Ms. Steward travels to Haiti regularly and was instrumental in helping to build a well, school and cafeteria for approximately 300 children in Onaville, Haiti, who are now educated and fed daily through the Sponsor-A-Child program that she administrates. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Public Affairs.

Gerald (Jerry) Wille, Boeing-retired

Mr. Wille retired from Boeing in 2005 after 39 years as a Metallurgical Engineer. He has been active in the Boy Scouts, St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, and is treasurer for the local Chapter of Better Marriages. Both he and his wife Cathie are native St. Louisans. They have been married 54 years and have two grown children; son Jay and his wife, Carrie, and their children, Hugo, and Gwendolyn, live in the St. Louis area and daughter Monica lives in Clintondale, NY. Mr. Wille enjoys nature and home rehabbing, remodeling, and repairs.

Tyla Miller, Rabo AgriFinance, and Sentiment Sessions

Ms. Miller is Vice President and Head of the Strategic Realization Office for Netherland-based agricultural firm Rabo. She is the owner of Sentiment Sessions, a holistic wellness spa located in downtown St. Louis. She sits on the advisory board of directors for Harris Stowe University and serves as a mentor to young women seeking direction in pursuing education, career development opportunities and life challenges. Tyla is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and enjoys traveling, live music, dancing, reading, and working on her podcast.

Kim Tate, Vice President/New Business, EZRA Coaching

Ms. Tate is a multi-disciplined accomplished business executive successful at championing change initiatives, leading teams and delivering results. She serves as the Vice President, New Business for EZRA Coaching. Her diverse experience includes business development, customer relationship management, management consulting, and human resources. Ms. Tate is a native St. Louisan and enjoys spending time traveling with her daughters.
